Business hours are 9am to 5pm. Monday to Friday

Service hours are 8am to 8pm. 7 days a week.
Service is provided 7 days a week. The exact time of your pet's visit cannot be determined beforehand but I will try to arrive close to their normal schedule.
A regular visit lasts 30-45 minutes. If your home has more than 2 pets the visit may last longer, or shorter for low maintenance pets. The regular rate applies for all visits unless specified before visit. Vacation visits require minimum 3 visit per day when no other caregiver is involved.
Initial visits are recommended so we can get to know each other. Your pet will become a very important part of my life and I want to make sure they are as comfortable with me and I am with them. There is no charge for this initial visit, time spent runs no more than 1 hour.
Please schedule this initial visit at least 14 days before your needed appointment.
Future appointments require only 48 hours notice.
Overnight visits are limited at this time. We can discuss the possible need of overnight visits at our initial meeting.
Refunds will be made on any prepaid scheduled visit not completed as long as advanced notice is received 48 hours before visit.
Pet food and supplies are not provided by me. Please make sure enough food & supplies are available, if necessary I can purchase more and be reimbursed when you return.
My service does not include bathing or grooming animals. For certain breeds daily brushing is required. I can provide a brushing service if needed as part of our time spent together.
For Safety reasons, unless you have a fenced in yard I will not let dogs off their leashes. I will not let cats outside either but I will take care of outside animals.
Major Holiday visits have a slight increase in price. They include: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
